Groombridge Place is the ideal place for your pupils to learn about the natural environment, spark their imaginations and to let off steam!
Because of the variety of habitats and natural features of the site, we are particularly well placed to cover areas of the Science and Geography curriculum. The surprise elements of the forest: blue pools; mysterious statues and strange structures provide the perfect inspiration for creative writing. A Key stage 1 and 2 education pack full of teaching ideas and worksheets are included in our information pack, available to download below. Activities can be differentiated to suit the needs of any group, and can help to deliver the learning outcomes of the 2014 National Curriculum.
Download our education pack - full of activities, visitor guides and a map. The pack is a set of PDF files (13MB zip file). Problems with zip files? Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request the individual PDF documents.
